What is your jewellery made of?

My pieces are made of 100% stainless steel from the rings to the clasps and backs. Gemstones and pearls are real and natural, and beads are all glass or Czech glass. Stainless steel is water-proof, tarnish-proof, and hypoallergenic (for most individuals).

What is the difference in ready-made and made to order items?

Ready-made items are stock I currently have on hand. They will be shipped in 1-3 business days from purchase. Made to order items have not been crafted yet and the processing time will be subject to order volume.

Do you take customs?

The answer depends on the custom idea. Please message me and I would be happy to collaborate with you and let you know if your ideas and budget are compatible with my own.

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic shipping is $5 for standard or $10 for express. Free standard shipping will automatically apply to orders $150+ and free express shipping will apply to orders $300+

International shipping is $25AUD. I try to ship to as many countries as feasible, but this is dependent on the policies of the receiving country (as there may be customs and other fees that are difficult for both the seller and the buyer). Free International shipping is automatically applied to International orders $300+
